Do you think they had any clue what would happen to the world? My Grandma had pictures of her bathing suit. I am surprised if they went into the water they didn't drown from being bogged down with so much on!
Do you realize how we have so radically changed in a hundred years? What are we concerned about now, will people be there to care about in another hundred years? Their industrialization of the economy is what we are dealing with now. Where are those days of writing love poems to our sweet hearts? Singing simple songs? Where would you start in making your life simpler and kinder to yourself and the Earth you depend on? What would you fill your days with if you had a choice to follow your most desired thing in your life? To find Peace? To find true lasting happiness? To be good to your loved one? To be happy when you are alone with only yourself?
