Free things for your photos, web/blog. Hear shows & music. 3 calendars.

All these are FREE! Knowing me I found some more cool things to enjoy!
Get a slide show, map and hear shows and music. And 3 calendars to use or choose from.
And www.Frappr.com is compatable with Mac. It is an interesting community that offers fun things to share. And he linked to www.podshow.com They made a song about his site, [map]. And the stings of photos comes from www.slide.com And then the calendar both of these calendars use is www.upcoming.org So below is what I put here to tell you about these sites for you to enjoy!

There is a song about it, thus I found the Podshow: Blog: The Frappr Map Song November 20th, 2005~ I’ve been playing catch up going through Frappr’s customer emails and I stumbled across an email from a user who (in his own words) created a “ridiculously stupid song” called “The Frappr Map Song”. If you’ve got nothing else to do, stop by this URL and check out the first song ever made about Frappr! =P

About PodShow:
http://podshow.com/aboutus.html
Podshow was created out of total frustration with current audio programming. The same songs, the same messaging, the same programming, everywhere, all the time, with no exceptions…

You can use Podshow for your own broadcast but you don't have to in order to enjoy this service. Any one can use it.

Welcome to PodShow, where you get to choose what you listen to and when and where you listen to it. We have thousands of programs ready to be heard on every topic imaginable, waiting to be downloaded, played, and enjoyed by anyone, anywhere, anytime. It’s your choice 100% of time.

I get all this music for free, so what is the catch? Our goal is to make it easier for you - the podcaster - to get access to music for your show, and easier for the artists to get their music played on podcasts.
All we ask is that when you play music on your show that you found and downloaded here that you say so. You can do this by either:
Saying during your show "Some of the music provided tonight from the PodShow Podsafe Music Network. Check it out at 'music.podshow.com'"
Playing one of our bumpers during your show. (Coming soon!!)
We also ask that you link back to PodShow podsafe music network in your show notes for those shows that include music from this site.

That's not asking too much is it?

I took time to listen to:
A Guy, A Girl, and a Bottle. A weekly wine podcast from Silicon Valley. Join Joe and Lori [now his wife Pam as Lori went back to school] as they visit wineries and review wines.
If you are into wine this might be something you like. They reviewed a Spanish wine and had difficulty pronouncing what it was and they didn't agree how it tasted. So it reminds me of S&E reviewing the movies way back when.

Enter in the events you're attending, comment on events entered by others, and syndicate event listings to your own weblog. As Upcoming.org learns more about the events you enjoy, it will suggest new events you never would have heard about. [you'll see your 'public' calendar which are these outside events.] Site News XML
Huge Changes! As promised, some huge changes to www.Upcoming.org! The short list: support for personal and self-promotional events, tagging of events, a complete API, improved visual design, and e-mail/SMS reminders. More details inside... http://upcoming.org/news/archives/2005/03/28/huge_cha/
So, what's next? Searching for users, metros, venues, and events is the biggest priority. Also: Better social networking support, including inviting friends to join and become your friends. Event sharing by e-mail. Easy one-click syndication of events to your own website. RSS/iCal feeds for venues and your past events, and event histories for venues. User and developer's forums.
