Even if the government uses you doesn't mean they approve of you!
Having all of this sand available to us, I thought this was fun! And I know there are contests often at events that happen on the beaches! Some are wonderful and so imaginative!

These are the remarkable creations of Victor Leong, a sandcastle builder and self-described “independent artist sailing the sea of sand.” New Florida met up with this “Sandman” to learn a few tricks of the sandcastle-making trade.
And according to this author he says that Miami Beach has photos of the officers of the county with this artist and yet they have buldozed his sand castle. And make it difficult for him to be able to make his sculptures on their beach. That is sad. Maybe this is why we have starving artists.
