Description: An astounding week long seminar with artist Carol Carter, that includes her instructor's fee, lodging & provisioning in fully furnished apartments within a historic Danish Manor Home, on St. Thomas, Virgin Islands - plus sail and beach trips, and much more!
Carol Carter's work has been featured on the cover of American Artist magazine, and is in possession of many of the major collectors - both private and public. Her mastery of mystery in each work will be imparted to her students, on a relatively one-on-one workshop, as the classes on St. Thomas are limited to six students.
This is a "not to be missed" seminar for the serious watercolorist! St. Thomas Workshop

Nice sites to check out as the photos are beautiful. Another trip for the future... date.

I used to live on the hill by Magens Bay, walk a mile down to the beach. I could see far into the water it was so crystal clear. Ah the life... Recently while I was searching for information I found my condo building has a time share.

My dearest friend wanted me to go for the following week ... so it is a small world that once again I am brought "home". To STT. I see Charlotte Amalie has built up a "little" from the late 70's. And I was thinking the family should still be there .... humm... I am sure the man is in his 80's or under the grass by now. The thing that surprised us was the expense on some airlines to get there. You really have to shop for the best way to get there. It was going to cost more from FL than for her from NY! There is no way I am spending 4-500 to get to the Carribean! And I had just missed a 1 cent fare!

As I didn't want to go alone... Temptation of digging up old bones... Visiting the people I once knew as family. That was a good life! I wouldn't want to think I could have it back... As my life here is so different yet in many ways better in different ways. Those were the days of jewels, furs, limos, travel, more than one place to call home... calling many with well known names friend and family... and a lush life anything my body wanted. yet.... But was I inside happy? As it was a lifestyle I was thinking was not going to be my permanent choice... People could not believe that I walked away from all I had physically to have nothing by refusing to wed who I was with. I don't know who was more surprised. And built what was my own... And I had been asked to return. Now I am surely not who I was. And for that I worked hard and long at. I am proud of that! Down memory lane... As I know to remember it was not mine but his world. etc.

I know I call Florida Paradise but really these Islands are... Me.
